Directors Meetings

I am calling for an email meeting to begin in 10 days, which will be 04-16-10 at 11:00 PM. I will prepare an agenda that will be emailed to all BOD members prior to that time for approval by the BOD. BOD members may add items to the proposed agenda. Motions specific to any agenda item may be made be made by any BOD member. Once a motion is made, a maximum of 12 hours will be allowed for the motion to be seconded. If seconded in that time period the motion may be discussed and debated and amended for a maximum of 24 hours. Voting will begin at 24 hours or sooner if all discussion, debate and amendment has been completed. Voting will end after a maximum of 12 hours or if a majority is achieved.
